Group Exercise Class Canceled August 20 & 27

Group exercise class on August 20 and 27 is cancelled since the majority of Post leadership will be away at the National Convention in New Orleans.

Class will resume on September 3 at 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Led by Carlos from the Palisades YMCA, our free group exercise classes are tailored for all levels, and are open to all members of the Legion Family. Classes are held at Palisades Post 283.
