Super Football Sunday Bash at Post 283 (PHOTOS)
A big thanks to all the Sons members who made our Super Football Sunday Bash at Post 283 a huge success. It was definitely one to remember. We watched the big game on our big projector screen and had four more TVs set up around the hall and lounge area so no one missed any of the action. The bar was serving drinks, and I’m sure our Sons in the kitchen had a great time grilling hamburgers and hot dogs.
Jose whipped up some of his amazing chili — Ruth Hackney’s original recipe — which was a tremendous hit. We also had video games for the kids (and some of the adults).
The Sons hard work really paid off, turning the Post into a fun spot for our community to get together, enjoy the game, and have a great time. It's these kinds of events that bring us closer, creating wonderful memories and strengthening our bonds. Thanks to the Sons efforts, this year's bash was a hit, raising the bar for our future events.
